Products displayed on this website are available for purchase while stocks last and can be removed or amended without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. Whilst we aim to display the colours of our clothes as accurately as possible, screen settings can affect how an item is displayed and so the accuracy of colours cannot be guaranteed.

All prices are shown in GBP. Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.

In line with UK sales law, you have 7 days from receiving your package to cancel the order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this Arkwright & Watt Limited refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Arkwright & Watt Limited within seven working days of delivery. Arkwright & Watt Limited shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested by Arkwright & Watt Limited promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim for examination.

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Arkwright & Watt Limited shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective Arkwright & Watt Limited shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.

In no circumstances shall the liability of Arkwright & Watt Limited to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods. These Terms and Conditions can be updated at any time.
